Who is it for?
This course is for learning and development or HR professionals who're involved in performance training management. This is broken down into those who analyse, plan and evaulate the learning and development of people within their organisation.
What is it about?
Throughout this learning and development course, delegates will gain an overview of the learning and development cycle focused on analysing learning needs. It will help delegates to define the required outcomes to meet those needs, decide on the most appropriate solutions and acquire the skills to make them happen. After the completion of this training needs analysis, this course will then help to you understand how to measure the success of what was learned. This course concentrates on the non-delivery aspects of learning and development.

It is also ideal for more experienced L&D professionals looking to refresh and gain formal recognition of their skills.
