This ASTD Certificate Programme is for trainers, learning and development consultants, learning designers and anyone involved in design, development and delivery of learning interventions.

This hands-on workshop covers all aspects of how to design engaging learning. It examines analysis, design and development processes in detail, with many examples and practice exercises.

This course can be taken as part of our Level 4 Certificate in L&D Design and Evaluation, created by and delivered in partnership with the American Society for Training and Development and accredited by EDI.
The Level 4 Certificate is essential for anyone involved in the design, development and delivery of training programmes. It is ideal for aspiring and existing trainers, consultants and instructional designers with responsibility for creating small to large scale learning interventions. On completion of the Certificate, you are then eligible to upgrade to the Level 5 Diploma in Workplace Learning, which is the first of its kind in the UK and has been designed exclusively for senior L&D professionals.
