What is it about?
This course helps you get to grips with marketing terminology and theory, and sets out how your role and the marketing department fit into the wider organisation. You will gain a good grounding in marketing theory and practice to increase your competence and confidence in dealing with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
This course can also be taken as part of the IQ IAM Level 3 Award in Professional PA and Admin Skills.
