Trainer Quality

Reed Learning’s Training Delivery Competency Framework is the standard by which we recruit and performance manage all our trainers. Overseen by our academic board, this model ensures consistent quality to our clients.

The framework is made up of six competencies:

• Trainer presence and authority
• Session structure
• Facilitation techniques

We use these competencies as a benchmark both when recruiting associate trainers, and to regularly observe all our trainers to ensure continuous quality improvement.
