Supplier management is a major strength of Reed Learning. Our experienced procurement team is responsible for  contracting and negotiating with suppliers and ongoing monitoring of quality and consistency.

We operate an independent Preferred Supplier List for several FTSE 100 organisations, and where organisations wish to maintain some existing supplier relationships we are happy to transfer these suppliers onto this, renegotiating rates if necessary. In doing this we benchmark current suppliers against the training market to ensure you are receiving consistent best value for money. 

We evaluate potential suppliers in four key areas:

  • Quality of training
  • Operational efficiency
  • Innovation and continuous improvement
  • Cost to the client

Based on the outcome of this evaluation we are able to set improvement targets for suppliers where necessary, and phase out any suppliers rated 'unsatisfactory.'
