The development and provision of this information is a core responsibility of a dedicated account manager. They will draw on the skills and experience we have gained from supplying management information to clients across the public and private sectors.
We analyse MI on a regular basis to ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are being adhered to as well as monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as average expense bills, courses completed and evaluation scores.
We can integrate our reporting systems with an existing Learning Management System to ensure there is no duplication and that we are providing accurate, real-time statistics.
