With all of our clients, we follow the ADDIE model, a five-stage process of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.
As part of the Analysis stage, our learning consultants and programme directors will work with you to translate your organisational objectives into learning outcomes. They will conduct in-depth discussions with you to explore your objectives, expectations and ideas for the project, providing specialist advice and guidance on implementation, design and scope. They will also liaise with subject matter experts, who can provide academic opinion and highlight content relevant to your specific organisational challenges. Additionally, we have a range of tools available to assess your organisation's learning requirements, including 360° assessments, diagnostic tools and psychometric testing.
