What is a 360 review?

In a 360 review an individual receives feedback from their full circle of influence in an organisation. This feedback might come from direct reports, peers, and managers, and in some cases external sources such as customers and suppliers or other stakeholders. This is combined with a self-assessment of performance.

A confidential summary of this feedback will help the person identify their strengths, as well as the areas they need to develop. Comparing their self-assessment to the others’ ratings helps create a personal development plan linking directly to key drivers of business growth.
